Kilkivan Homestead is a boutique accommodation experience in Kilkivan, just 2.5 hours from Brisbane and 1.5 hours from the Sunshine Coast.
Set in a stunning 115-year-old heritage home, guests can unwind in a comfortable setting and soak up the serenity of the natural world that opens up just beyond the expansive verandah.

Comfortable accommodation and breakfast
We can accommodate up to six guests across our three bedrooms. One queen room with an ensuite; one queen room and a twin room - both with access to a shared bathroom.

Admire the original pressed metal ceilings, handcrafted archways and historic fireplace as you sip on a glass of red wine in the 115-year-old living and dining rooms. Enjoy your breakfast on the expansive verandah.

Prepare to be pampered
If you're in the mood to relax, you can book a session with our local masseuse and facialist, who can come to the property to deliver a pamper session. Just enquire with us when booking.
If you're feeling active
If you're keen to stretch your legs, why not walk or ride a section of the Kilkivan to Kingaroy Rail Trail, or enjoy a walk through Mudlo National Park. We can also put you in touch with a local horse riding school.
Local wine and food
While you're in the area, we recommend booking a wine tasting or lunch at one of the South Burnett wineries. You can also visit local pubs, cafes, bakeries, antique stores and markets. We'll happily provide suggestions.
